Professional bio
Andrew specialises in serious personal injury and professional negligence litigation, with extensive experience in advisory and advocacy work at interlocutory, first instance, and appellate levels. He has particular expertise in fatal accident claims, catastrophic injuries (including brain and serious orthopaedic injuries), clinical and dental negligence, and industrial disease litigation.

Andrew’s practice covers a wide range of litigation, including accidents at work, road traffic accidents, public liability, and sports or recreational injuries. He regularly undertakes claims involving industrial disease, such as:
- Noise induced hearing loss
- Occupational asthma
- Industrial dermatitis
- Repeated insult back injury
- Vibration white finger
He also has notable experience in historic sex abuse claims involving children’s homes and football clubs. Andrew is frequently instructed in Costs Management Conferences for complex Multi-Track claims and acts for both Claimant and Defendant solicitors.
