Clinical Negligence

OVERVIEW

The Hundred Court Clinical Negligence Group has several experienced and dedicated specialist practitioners who embrace the complexity of the law of Clinical Negligence cases alongside an in-depth medical knowledge across all disciplines, including but not exclusively: complex obstetric, orthopaedic, surgical and neurological cases, general practice, psychiatry, emergency services and dentistry.

The Clinical Negligence Defendant team represent NHS Trusts, GPs and Private Practitioners.

The Clinical Negligence Claimant team support their clients across a wide variety of claims, including high value and multi-party matters. They provide a first-class service to both Law Society and AvMA https://www.avma.org.uk/  panel solicitors, along with the increasing numbers of non-panel solicitors handling clinical negligence cases funded on a Conditional Fee Agreement basis.

Members of the Group are also experienced in appearing before professional bodies, in regulatory hearings and at inquests.

The members of this group provide compassion for our clients, a rigorous approach to complex issues of quantum and liability, tenacious advocacy and effective negotiation techniques during round table meetings and mediations.

Elizabeth Francis, one of our senior Group Members is a CEDR-Accredited and NHS Resolution approved mediator.
