John Benson KC is a highly experienced multi-disciplinary silk who brings his expertise to personal injury and clinical negligence, health and safety and regulatory work. John is very highly regarded in civil litigation and also in criminal work in which he has appeared for the defence and prosecution in many high-profile criminal cases in recent years.
