Professional bio
Harry undertook a Masters by Research in Company Law and went on to complete a PhD in Medical Law. He then undertook a Common Law Pupillage and is also a qualified Costs Lawyer. He now practises across civil, commercial, and chancery work.

Harry’s practice spans a wide range of disputes, including construction adjudication and adjudication enforcement, construction litigation, contentious probate, contractual and company law disputes (including unfair prejudice petitions), commercial disputes, landlord and tenant, trusts of land, insolvency, and partnership disputes.
In addition, Harry undertakes personal injury and industrial disease cases, drawing on his broad litigation experience. His background as a qualified Costs Lawyer provides him with additional expertise in the management and resolution of costs-related issues across his practice areas.
