Professional bio
Michael practises predominantly in matters of personal injury and civil litigation although he has considerable experience in quasi-criminal cases and administrative issues.
He is regularly instructed by several police forces, undertaking trials and inquests on their behalf, and has broad experience across civil litigation. His practice also includes disease claims and matters arising from clinical and professional negligence, as well as personal injury and road traffic accident litigation.
In addition, he is experienced in CICA appeals and inquests, with a growing practice in police law. His work spans both civil and criminal matters, with particular focus on clinical negligence and complex claims involving public authorities.
