Mark Cooper appointed by the King as a District Judge

Hundred Court Chambers are delighted to announce that Mark Cooper has been appointed by the King as a District Judge based at Liverpool Civil and Family Court with effect from September 2026.

Mark has been a tenant of Chambers since 2006 following the successful completion of his pupillage under the supervision of Bill Rankin.

During his time in Chambers, Mark served as Chambers Librarian and as part of the Management Committee for many years.

Chambers warmly congratulate Mark on his appointment and wish him every success in his full-time judicial career.
