Professional bio
Christine joined Chambers as a tenant in 2024 followingsuccessful completion of a common law pupillage under the supervision of AlexWilliams. During pupillage she gained broad experience across a range ofpractice areas, including civil, commercial and inquest work.
Christine has established a civil practice, acting for bothclaimants and defendants in a variety of disputes. She is a confident andapproachable advocate with keen attention to detail.
Christine was awarded the Holt Scholarship by Gray’s Inn.She achieved an Outstanding on the Bar Practice Course, a Distinction in theaccompanying LLM and a Distinction in the Graduate Diploma in Law. She studiedhistory at Durham University.

Christine accepts instructions across a broad range of civiland commercial work, including personal injury and credit hire litigation.
Christine has observed and assisted in inquest proceedingsand has a particular interest in developing this area of practice. She has alsodelivered a seminar on inquest law and procedure.
Prior to undertaking pupillage, Christine worked at Slaterand Gordon, handling personal injury claims and gaining valuable experience oflitigation from the perspective of solicitors and their clients.
