In civil law, Indunee has a strong track record acting for both Claimants and Defendants. Her experience includes road traffic accidents, employers’ liability, public liability, fast track trials, applications and disposals, Stage 3 hearings, OIC portal hearings, and infant approval hearings.
In criminal law, she has extensive experience in the Magistrates’ Courts, prosecuting and defending across a range of matters. She accepts instructions for first hearings, case management hearings, bail applications, trials, sentencing hearings, and Crown Court mentions and appeals.
