Professional bio
Joseph studied law at University of Liverpool before completing the BPTC combined with a Masters in Legal Practice at BPP Manchester.
Before commencing pupillage Joseph worked at Peterborough Family Court and also gained experience as a Legal Assistant in a property law firm.

Joseph accepts instructions across the full range of private law matters including Child Arrangements Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, Specific Issue Orders, Enforcement and Variation.
Joseph has experience of all stages of public law proceedings including urgent hearings, case management hearings, finding of fact hearings, issues resolution hearings and multi-day final hearings. He regularly acts on behalf of clients who are vulnerable. Joseph has experience of cases involving physical abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, substance misuse and neglect.
Joseph acts in all matters brought under the Family Law Act 1996.
