Professional bio
Mark began his career as a solicitor, becoming a partner in two high street law firms where he specialised in Claimant personal injury work, from fast-track road traffic and employers’ liability cases to complex multi-track industrial disease claims. After Call, he practised at the employed Bar with a large Manchester firm, again focusing on personal injury litigation.
His practice now centres on personal injury and credit hire litigation, acting for both Claimants and Defendants. He has extensive experience across low velocity impact claims, fraud, employers’ liability, public liability, and industrial disease, and is regularly instructed in fast-track trials, interim applications, Stage 3 and disposal hearings, as well as CCMCs. He also advises on paper and in conference, drafts pleadings, and has a developing commercial law practice. Mark accepts instructions on a conditional fee basis where appropriate.
