Professional bio
Sarah is a Door Tenant at Hundred Court Chambers and divides her time between Liverpool and London, where she is also a member of New Square Chambers. A specialist in wills, trusts, and estates, her practice extends to property and commercial litigation, as well as family law matters involving trusts, inheritance, and company issues. She also practises in the Court of Protection and landlord and tenant disputes.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Sarah completed a Ph.D. and tutored before qualifying and working as an investment analyst in asset management and private banking in the City, gaining valuable experience in financial matters and advising high-net-worth clients. She later worked as in-house counsel at a commercial bank, advising on financial services regulation, offshore funds and companies, commercial landlord and tenant, and contract. Sarah is also an editor for the Clause Banks and contributes legal commentary to the Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents (Vol. 42(3): Wills and Administration), as well as writing headnotes for the Wills and Trusts Law Reports. She is qualified to accept instructions under the Direct Access scheme.
